SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from
delivery date you must contact Male Max Customer Service to determine the best course
of action. Male Max will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities,
such as distributors or retail partners. 


2. A copy of the MaleMax credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
invoice may be requested prior to Customer Service issuing a Return
Authorization.


3. Product must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging.  MaleMax reserves the right to reject any
refund request if the product is received damaged.


4. MaleMax does not require a Return Authorization (RA) number

6. A copy of the MaleMax credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.


7. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
customer via ground shipment.


8. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to MaleMax’s, CA warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Male Max is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.


9. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.


10. Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending
qualification and subject to above criteria.

SHIPPING POLICY

1.  All shipments will be sent via 1st class USPS mail unless a faster shipping method is selected and paid for.


2.  All shipments will be sent within 7 business days of receipt of the order.


3.  If a product is damaged during shipping, MaleMax will replace it at no cost to the purchaser however the purchaser will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
